The all-new C190SL229F is based on the unique New York-era Bach C trumpets (1925–1953) which featured narrow wraps and standard-weight #229 bells with French beads. The new C190SL229F specifications make this instrument extremely responsive, like the Vincent Bach New York-era models, while offering a greater breadth of sound, similar to Elkhart models (1965–present).

The all-new C190SL229F is one of five models in the new Bach C190 Series, built to meet the technical demands of today’s players while delivering Bach’s signature rich, resonant tone. The design drew inspiration from the unique New York-era Bach C trumpets (Bronx, NY, 1928–1953), which featured narrow wraps and standard-weight #229 bells with French beads.
Built with a narrow wrap, narrow Z-brace construction, and a standard-weight #229 bell, C190SL229F offering a quick response and ease of play. It delivers a slightly warmer and broader sound than the C190SL229C, is extremely responsive, like the Bronx New York-era models (1928– Redesigned 25C Leadpipe.
